Responsibilities

• Manage big data and machine learning resources in a scalable, secure and cloud-agnostic MLOps environment
• Develop and manage reliable, scalable services and client libraries that operate on massive data in both on-premise and cloud environments
• Establish toolchains that enable engineers to operate services across various on-premise, cloud and hybrid environments
• Building services, products, and infrastructure based on distributed machine learning systems
• Establishing engineering leadership through clear feedback to team members, supporting career development, coordinating team resources, fostering collaboration, and ensuring effective team coordination
• Set up best practices in processes such as architecture and testing, as well as introducing a culture of technical excellence
• Collaborating with technical and product leadership to establish long-term roadmaps

Qualifications

• Experience in developing and operating large-scale distributed web services, including tasks such as testing, monitoring, and managing SLAs
• Experience in developing innovative technical features in collaboration with product/project managers, technical sales teams, and customers
• 5+ years of developer experience and 2+ years of product/engineering manager experience
